(1) Fees adopted by the board under 37-24-310, MCA, are as follows:

(a) Applications for licensure

(i) registered occupational therapist $190

(ii) certified occupational therapist assistant 190

(b) License renewal

(i) registered occupational therapist 110

(ii) certified occupational therapist assistant 110

(c) Temporary practice permit 120

(d) Inactive fee renewal 50

(e) Modality applications

(i) superficial 20

(ii) topical medications (iontophoresis and phonophoresis) 20

(f) Inactive to active status 60

(g) Provider request for approval of continuing education program or course 150

(2) Additional standardized fees are specified in ARM 24.101.403.

(3) All fees are nonrefundable.
