Mont. Admin. R. 38.2.4502 - BRIEFS AND ORAL ARGUMENT: RIGHT TO FILE OR ARGUE
(1) A party shall have the right to file a
brief or present oral argument in any hearing before the commission. The
presiding officer may require the filing of briefs or the presentation of oral
argument or both by the parties. Requests for filing of briefs or oral argument
shall be made before or at the close of the hearing and may be made in writing
or orally on the record.
