Mont. Admin. r. 24.174.1004 - CHANGE IN LOCATION
(1) Whenever a
mail service pharmacy changes its physical location outside of its then
existing business location, its original license becomes void and must be
surrendered. The mail service pharmacy shall submit a new license application
for the new location at least 30 days before such change occurs.
