Mont. Admin. r. 24.183.407 - TEACHING OF ADVANCED ENGINEERING SUBJECTS IN MONTANA
(1) When teaching advanced engineering
subjects in Montana, either the class instructor or the person in responsible
charge of the board-approved curriculum shall be a Montana licensed
professional engineer and be in responsible charge of class instruction of
engineering classes at the junior level and above.
