Mont. Admin. r. 36.25.207 - FORM AND PROVISIONS OF LEASE
(1) The oil
and gas lease which will be issued to the successful bidder therefor shall be
upon the form currently in use and approved by the board. Such form shall
contain all terms, provisions, and conditions as may be reasonable and proper
which are not inconsistent with the Enabling Act, the Constitution, and the
laws of the state and these rules.
