Mont. Admin. r. 36.25.216 - OPERATING AGREEMENTS
(1) Any lessee may
enter into agreements with another person for drilling and other operations for
oil and gas on state lands under his lease or leases. However, no such
operating agreements are in any way binding upon the state until filed with and
approved by the department.
