Mont. Admin. r. 36.25.615 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND STIPULATIONS
(1)
The board may attach special conditions and stipulations to any lease prior to
issuance in order to protect the interests of the state. An applicant or bidder
shall be notified of any special condition or stipulation prior to lease or
issuance and may withdraw his application and elect not to enter into a lease
as a result of the special condition or stipulation.
