Mont. Admin. r. 38.2.3304 - ENFORCEMENT
(1) The commission by its counsel or the
party seeking the subpoena may seek enforcement of the same by applying to a
judge of any district court of the state of Montana, for an order upon any
witness who shall fail to obey a subpoena to show cause why such subpoena
should not be enforced.
