Mont. Admin. r. 38.5.4042 - MOTIONS
(1) The filing of motions will not relieve a
party of any requirements during the arbitration proceeding and must not delay
the proceeding. The arbitrator will act promptly to consider all motions so as
not to prejudice any party to the proceeding.
