Mont. Admin. r. 38.5.507 - DEPENDENT UTILITIES
(1) In the case of
utilities dependent on other regulated utilities for significant portions of
their fuel supplies, any application for interim rate relief made in response
to an interim increase granted another utility will not be subject to these
rules.
