Mont. Admin. r. 4.5.106 - ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF PROJECTS
(1) The
projects which receive funding shall demonstrate tangible return to the state
of Montana or its citizens.
(2) The
applicant shall document current benefit and cost data.
