129 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 160 - "Volatile organic compound (VOC)"

"Volatile organic compound (VOC)" means any compound of carbon, excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides or carbonates, and ammonium carbonate, which participates in atmospheric photochemical reactions. VOC includes any such organic compound other than the compounds listed in 40 CFR 51.100(s)(1) , effective July 1, 2016, which have been determined to have negligible photochemical reactivity.
