135 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 003
All information and data submitted in the final report by the permittee shall be available for examination by the public except specifically identified information and data submitted in writing by the applicant as confidential concerning trade secrets as determined by the Director. Trade secrets as determined by the Director shall be held confidential for three years.
