172 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 101, § 004 - RENEWAL, WAIVER OF CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND INACTIVE STATUS
The applicant must meet the requirements set out in 172 NAC 10. All registered nurse licenses expire on October 31 of each even-numbered year. All practical nurse licenses expire on October 31 of each odd-numbered year.
