014.01.
SLA ALLOWS VENDORS ACCESS TO FINANCIAL DATA. The State Licensing Agency shall provide each blind vendor access to all financial data of the State Licensing Agency relevant to the operation of the state vending facility program. Such data shall include quarterly and annual financial reports, but shall not include individual vendor's financial transactions or income. Such data may include vending facility gross income.
014.02.
AVAILABLE IN ACCESSIBLE FORMAT. Insofar as practicable, the State Licensing Agency shall make such data available in the individual's preferred format to include print, large print, braille, electronic audio and text formats, as requested.
014.03.
SLA ASSISTS VENDORS IN INTERPRETATION. At the request of a blind vendor, the State Licensing Agency staff shall arrange a time convenient to both parties to assist the blind vendor in the interpretation of such financial data.
