210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 24, § 002 - Purpose
The purposes of these regulations are: to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the Director deems necessary to carry out the provisions of the Insurance Holding Company System Act (§§ 44-2120 through 44-2153 of the Insurance Code hereinafter referred to as "the Act"). The information called for by these regulations is hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of policyholders in this State.
