210 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 24, § 013 - Acquisition of domestic insurers
013.01 If the
person being acquired is a "domestic insurer" [solely because of the provisions
of §
44-2126(3)
], the name of the domestic insurer on the
cover page should be clearly indicated along with the name of the parent
holding company, if applicable, as follows:
"ABC Insurance Company, a subsidiary of XYZ Holding Company."
013.02 Where a
domestic insurer is being acquired, references to "the insurer" contained in
Form A shall refer to both the domestic subsidiary and the person being
acquired.
