262 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 002 - Department Review of Claims for Payment

Current through May 17, 2022

Upon receipt from a district of a district approved claim for payment, a Department representative shall review the claim and the supporting documentation which is attached. If the claim is determined to be complete and properly documented, the Department shall prepare a voucher for transmittal to the Department of Administrative Services for preparation of a warrant payable to the landowner or to a group representative designated in accordance with Chapter 3, Section 007.
