473 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 2, § 004 - VERIFICATION
To determine initial or ongoing eligibility, the Department may need to verify information provided by the applicant or recipient. The applicant or recipient must cooperate with the verification process. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in services being denied or reduced, termination from the program, or establishment of an overpayment.
