Nev. Admin. Code § 119A.230 - Subordination of interest by holders of certain liens
Any holder of a lien which is secured by any interest in the real property on which a project is located shall subordinate his or her interest to a declaration either by jointly executing the declaration or by a separate recorded instrument.
