Nev. Admin. Code § 119B.180 - Supervision of sales agents by broker of record
Every broker of record shall teach his sales agents the provisions of this chapter and chapter 119B of NRS. He shall exercise strict supervision over their activities related to the selling of a membership and over the operation of his business.
