Nev. Admin. Code § 231.171 - Review of proposed contracts, allocations, grants or loans by Board of Economic Development
Not less than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year, the Board will review each proposed:
1.
Contract between the Executive Director and a regional development authority
pursuant to which the regional development authority is paid more than
$100,000.
2. Allocation, grant or
loan of money of more than $100,000 that is made by the Executive Director to a
regional development authority.
