Nev. Admin. Code § 233C.120 - Severability
If any provision of the regulations contained in this chapter, or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect any other provision contained in this chapter or its application which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions contained in this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
