Nev. Admin. Code § 319.718 - Debt service coverage

Except as otherwise provided in this section, the projected ratio for debt service coverage for each project must be a minimum of 1.20:1.00. The Division may approve a projected ratio for a project which is enhanced by the Federal Housing Administration or another federal agency if the ratio is consistent with the criteria established by the applicable program of those agencies.
