Nev. Admin. Code § 319.914 - Solicitation of proposals and notification of money available following initial round of funding

After the initial round of funding, the Division will give public notice of a solicitation of each proposal for a project and notify each participating jurisdiction of the money available to the participating jurisdiction if:

1. The amount of money in the Account is $1,000,000 or more; and

2. The Division determines that the amount of money in the Account is sufficient to fund projects in each participating jurisdiction.
