Nev. Admin. Code § 354.001 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in:

1. NAC 354.002, 354.003 and 354.005 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections; and

2. The Local Government Budget and Finance Act, NRS 354.470 to 354.626, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in that act.
