Nev. Admin. Code § 388.Sec. 1.1 - NEW

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an assessment of the development of a pupil across early learning domains must be administered to each incoming kindergarten pupil not earlier than 15 calendar days before nor later than 45 school days after the beginning of the school year.

2. An assessment is not required to be administered pursuant to subsection 1 to a pupil who enrolls in kindergarten more than 45 school days after the beginning of the school year.

3. The score of each assessment administered pursuant to subsection 1 must be submitted to the Department through a data entry system designated by the Department not later than 90 school days after the beginning of the school year.
