Nev. Admin. Code § 391.020 - Validity of license not retroactively affected by amendment of regulations

If the Commission amends its regulations on the licensure of educational personnel, the Commission intends that such an amendment not retroactively affect the validity of any license issued by the Superintendent of Public Instruction before the amendment becomes effective.
