Nev. Admin. Code § 391.568 - "Performance evaluation rating" defined
"Performance evaluation rating" means the designation of the performance of a school-level administrator or teacher as "highly effective," "effective," "developing" or "ineffective" in accordance with the statewide performance evaluation system.
