Nev. Admin. Code § 435.540 - Financial planning, records and reports

Current through March 28, 2022

A provider of supported living arrangement services shall:

1. Have a financial plan which ensures that there will be sufficient resources to meet the costs for training and support of persons receiving supported living arrangement services from the provider;
2. Maintain adequate financial records; and
3. Submit to the Division any financial report:
(a) Which the Division requests in writing; and
(b) The need for which is explained by the Division.
