Nev. Admin. Code § 440.092 - Birth certificate for homebirth: "Homebirth" defined
As used in NAC 440.092 to 440.098, inclusive, "homebirth" means the birth of a child outside of a hospital when the mother and child are not transported to a hospital within 8 hours thereafter.
