Nev. Admin. Code § 444.186 - Heating units

If a pool is heated, the heating unit must be isolated or installed in a manner which ensures that bathers will not be injured because of its placement. The heating unit must be equipped with a thermostat which controls the temperature of the water. All of the parts of the heating unit must be easy to remove for cleaning.
