Nev. Admin. Code § 444.1948 - Deviation from requirements
A water recreation attraction may deviate from the requirements of NAC 444.010 to 444.306, inclusive, if and to the extent:
1. An exemption from those requirements is
necessary to accommodate the special use of the attraction; and
2. The design and construction of the
attraction are within the limits of sound engineering practice and present no
health or safety hazard.
