Nev. Admin. Code § 444.528 - First aid
1. Each spa or spa
facility must be equipped with a standard 16-unit first-aid kit which must be
kept filled and ready for use at a convenient place near the spa.
2. The person who is in charge of the spa
must have completed a course in standard first aid which is acceptable to the
health authority.
