Nev. Admin. Code § 444.955 - Minor modifications to permit
The Director may make minor modifications to a permit for the management of waste containing polychlorinated biphenyl with the consent of the permittee. For the purposes of this section, minor modifications may:
1. Correct typographical errors;
2. Require more frequent checking or
reporting by the permittee;
3.
Allow for a change in ownership or operational control of a facility where the
Director determines that no other change in the permit is necessary, provided
that a written agreement containing a specific date for transfer of
responsibility, coverage and liability between the current and new permittees
has been submitted to the Director; or
4. Change the lists of the facility's
emergency coordinators or equipment in the permit's plan for
contingency.
