Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.722 - "Replacement" defined
"Replacement" means obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances necessary during the life of treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which the works have been designed and constructed. The term does not include major rehabilitation, repair or replacement of any capital or fixed assets of treatment works.
