Nev. Admin. Code § 445B.030 - "British thermal units" defined

"British thermal units (Btu)" means that quantity of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water from 60 degrees Fahrenheit to 61 degrees Fahrenheit at a constant, absolute pressure of 14.7 pounds per square inch (29.92 inches of mercury).
