Nev. Admin. Code § 446.420 - Plumbing

Current through March 28, 2022

All plumbing, including individual sewage disposal system piping, must be:

1. Properly sized, installed and maintained in good repair by the owner of an establishment;

2. Composed of nontoxic materials;

3. Repaired in accordance with applicable state or local law; and

4. Approved by the health authority.
