Nev. Admin. Code § 446.458 - Cleaning implements and supplies
1. Except as
otherwise provided in subsection 2, suitable cleaning implements and supplies,
including, without limitation, high-pressure pumps, hot water, steam and
detergent, must be provided as necessary for the effective cleaning of
receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables and
returnables.
2. If approved,
off-premises based cleaning services may be used if on-premises cleaning
implements and supplies are not provided on the premises.
