Nev. Admin. Code § 447.360 - Washing of hands

Each employee of a hotel who comes in contact with utensils, tableware or linen or who cleans guest rooms, toilets or bathrooms shall thoroughly wash his hands with soap and warm water:

1. Before starting work each day;
2. As often as may be required to remove soil and contamination; and
3. After each visit to the toilet room.
