Nev. Admin. Code § 453A.428 - Establishment responsible for costs incurred in cleaning up, mitigating or remedying environmental damage

A medical marijuana establishment is responsible to the State or a local governmental entity for all costs incurred by the State or local governmental entity in cleaning up, mitigating or remedying any environmental damage caused by the medical marijuana establishment.
