for the production of edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products
shall ensure that it provides:
(a) A sink with
at least three compartments for manually washing, rinsing and sanitizing
equipment and utensils;
compartments that are large enough to accommodate immersion of the largest
equipment and utensils; and
Running water that reaches a minimum temperature of 120°F
equipment or utensils are too large for the warewashing sink, a facility for
the production of edible marijuana products or marijuana-infused products must
use a warewashing machine or alternative equipment.
