Nev. Admin. Code § 459.090 - "Restricted area" defined
"Restricted area" means any area to which access is limited by the licensee or registrant for the purpose of protecting persons from undue risks from exposure to radiation and radioactive material. The term does not include an area used for residential quarters, although a separate room or rooms in a residential building may be set apart as a restricted area.
