Nev. Admin. Code § 459.106 - "Termination" defined
"Termination" means the end of employment with the license or registrant or, in the case of persons not employed by the licensee or registrant, the end of a work assignment in the licensee's or registrant's restricted areas in a given calendar quarter, without expectation or specific scheduling of reentry into the restricted areas during the remainder of that calendar quarter.
