Nev. Admin. Code § 459.298 - Specific licenses: Manufacture and distribution of ice detection devices

An application for a specific license to manufacture and distribute ice detection devices to persons generally licensed under NAC 459.232 will be approved subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant satisfies the general requirements of NAC 459.238; and

2. The criteria of 10 C.F.R. §§ 32.61 and 32.62 are met.
