Nev. Admin. Code § 459.488 - "Qualified expert" defined
"Qualified expert" means a person who has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Division that he or she possesses the knowledge and training to measure ionizing radiation, to evaluate safety techniques and to advise regarding radiation protection needs.
