Nev. Admin. Code § 459.5935 - Electronic brachytherapy devices: Requirements for mobile electronic brachytherapy

A registrant who provides services for mobile electronic brachytherapy shall:

1. Check all survey instruments before medical use at each location of use or on each day of use, whichever is more frequent;

2. Account for the X-ray tube in the system before departing from a location; and

3. Perform all the periodic spot checks required by NAC 459.5934 at each location.
