Nev. Admin. Code § 467.169 - Permit for program with anticipated large gross receipts; multiple requests for approval of same date
If, based upon the seating capacity of the venue and the proposed scale for prices of tickets, the total gross receipts from admission fees for a program of unarmed combat may reasonably exceed $2,000,000, the Chair or Executive Director may require that the following information be provided to the Commission before the Commission will consider an application for a permit and for approval of a date for the program submitted pursuant to NAC 467.167:
1. A bout agreement or letter of intent signed by each unarmed combatant who is participating in the contest or exhibition that is designated as the main event of the program;
2. A contract or letter of intent signed by each promoter and by the authorized representative of the venue in which the program is to be held;
3. A statement that describes the seating capacity of the venue in which the program is to be held; and
4. The proposed scale for prices of tickets for the program.
