Nev. Admin. Code § 483.070 - Documentation required for change of gender
A person who wishes to change the gender indicated on his or her driver's license, motorcycle driver's license or identification card must attest to such a change by submitting his or her declaration as a person of the identified gender on a form provided by the Department.
