Nev. Admin. Code § 483.756 - Grounds for denial of application
The Department may deny an application for:
1. Any license issued by the
Department pursuant to
NRS 483.700 to
483.780, inclusive, if the
applicant:
(a) Held, at any time, a license
issued by the Department that was refused renewal or was cancelled, suspended
or revoked; or
(b) Has committed an
act that would be grounds for the refusal to renew or the cancellation,
suspension or revocation of a license.
2. A license to operate a school for drivers
if the name under which the applicant proposes to do business:
(a) Violates the provisions of NAC 483.772;
or
(b) May tend to mislead or
confuse the public.
